Floating Castle — in collaboration with artists from Gaza, the West Bank, and an international artistic collective — presents a special program focus: FLOAT 2 GAZA! On August 7 at 9 PM, a live multimedia event connected Snežnik Castle with Gaza in real time. The festival will come to a halt as musicians, storytellers, rappers, poets, an orchestra, visual artists, choirs, and acrobats from both sides come together for a joint performance. Palestinian artists, who are currently living in Europe, were present at Snežnik Castle. The event was streamed live!
This is an artistic and humanitarian call to action, aimed at supporting self-organization, breaking the blockade, and delivering food, hope, and humanity to the people of Gaza.
